Radio for the Print Handicapped - RPH Adelaide has relocated to 32-56 Sir Donald Bradman Drive, Mile End 5031, tel. 8234 1197, www.rphadelaide.org.au. RPH Adelaide brings information to those who cannot read for themselves because of age, disability or literacy problems. It broadcasts news, sport and information 24 hours, 7 days per week, with the help of volunteers. FEATURE ORGANISATION
The Returned & Services League of Australia (SA Branch) is an organisation for ex-service men and women in Australia, representing former and currently serving defence force personnel. There are over 140 Sub-Branches throughout country and metropolitan South Australia. While services and activities vary between sub branches, many provide the following:
- Welfare support for ex-servicemen and their families
- Social and recreational activities
- Commemoration activities - ANZAC Day, Remembrance Day and other significant events
- Licenced club facilities
- Hall for hire
