"Please come along and join in holistic self care through Yoga and Meditation.  The birds are singing and happy, the grass is soft and fresh, the sun is shining and warm, the air is crisp and clean.

AND you are being kind to yourself to experience movement and energy to the body, awareness and calmness to the breath, stillness and silence to the mind with inner peace,  harmony and happiness to yourself.

Looking forward to sharing Yoga and Meditation with you.  See you on the mat."
