City living

This morning started off a little differently as I guest starred with "Josh" in the Adelaide City Council's Already Home city living experience. The Already Home project shares the stories of locals, through film, photography and the writtenword, it celebrates the unique lifestyles of those who call Adelaide home.

This week, "Josh", with the help of his friends is finding out what it's like to live on Pirie Street, in a glass apartment! The two of us met up just before 8 am, got changed into our pajamas and had a breakfast catchup, on show to passers by. This has to have been one of the strangest things that I've done in a little while. We got photographed having a play pillow fight by the guy who is behind@adelaidetweet

While we were goofing around having fun and "living in the city" it made me think of other types of experiences that people have living in the city, metropolitan Adelaide and in rural and regional SA. The SAcommunity directory contains information on a variety of differentemergency accommodation services and services for homeless people.
