Eligibility:
Residents who are over 65yrs (50yrs for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people), younger residents with a disability and/or carers.

The Home Support Program provides essential services and support to help eligible people live independently in their own home. It is jointly funded by the City of West Torrens and State and Commonwealth Governments to provide home support services to people who are frail aged, people with a disability and their carers.
