Services
- Cleaning - short term cleaning (3-6 fortnightly cleans) and a one-offspring clean. $7.50 per hour
- Shopping assistance - short term only and subject to availability of volunteers. Contractors can either shop for client or accompany them to the shops. $7.50 per hour
- Friendly visiting - subject to availability of volunteers. Fortnightly for 1-2 hrs. No charge
- Respite - In/Out of Home. Take A Break Respite Program for carers of people aged 11-55 years with a disability with both in-home and out-of-home support available. No charge
- Home maintenance - cost of materials plus $15 per hour for labour
- Home modification - minor work only. Cost of materials plus $15 per hour for labour
- Gardening - one-off garden cleanup. $15 per hour
- Rubbish removal - one-off. $15 per hour plus $10 dump fee
- Safety and security assessments - no charge (provided by SA Police Crime Reduction Section)
- Supported Recreation - Barker Blokes: Bi-monthly luncheon, transport provided
- Assistance with social integration - Club Links. Volunteers assist isolated people to attend local groups and clubs by offering transport to the first few meetings and providing companionship until the person has integrated into the group. Dependent upon volunteer availability. No charge
