Frail aged and younger people with disabilities and their carers living in the Prospect or Walkerville council areas for all services unless otherwise specified. Supported recreation and community transport

Services
- Home help - cleaning, short to medium term. Also available for post-acute patients following illness/hospitalisation
- Shopping - short term only. Monthly transport to Central Market also available. Fee negotiated. Tel. 8269 5355 to book
- Home maintenance - limited to minor work. Fee negotiated
- Home modification - limited to minor work. Fee negotiated
- Gardening - limited, short-term assistance for the safety and security purposes. Fee negotiated
- Safety and security assessments - fee negotiated
- Supported recreation - including activities and shared meals. Available only for frail aged and younger disabled and their carers residing in Prospect. Fees may apply. Tel. 8342 8180 for details and bookings
- Exercise groups - Monday over 50s exercise group available to anyone and a Greek-specific group. Small fee applies
- Transport - community bus can accommodate two wheelchairs and has disabled access. Provides door-to-door service for frail aged and younger disabled Prospect residents and their carers for shopping and attendance at local community groups. Donation required. Tel. 8269 5355. Limited personal transport for frail aged and younger disabled residents and their carers of either council available for medical appointments. Fee negotiated
