Eligibility:
Careworkers, carers and services providing care to the people with dementia, including staff of government funded aged care services; clinicians providing care to people receiving government funded aged care services; volunteers in government funded aged care services; and family carers
Aims to improve the quality of life of people with dementia and their carers by providing support for the management of behaviours commonly associated with dementia.

- Assessment of the person with dementia and their carer/support network
- Clinical support, information and advice, face to face and via telephone or email
- Care planning, case conferences and short term case management
- Mentoring and clinical supervision
- Education and training
- Tailored information and education workshops
