Children and young people aged up to 25 years who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, under the Guardianship of the Minister or experiencing barriers to independence

Services
  • Residential services - Crossroads, a residential service providing intensive 24 hour supported accommodation for young people focusing on personal development and independent living skills training; Crossroads Annexe, a residential service offering transitional support for up to 4 young people in independent accommodation
  • Outreach services - youth workers assist young people in crisis and in transitional accommodation with a range of support services
  • Medium to minimal supported accommodation
  • Student Accommodation Support House - accommodation and support to homeless secondary students
  • Outreach support services - crisis support, counselling, advocacy and access paths to minimal to medium supported residential accommodation for young people in the inner southern metropolitan region
  • Emergency Care Services - provides 24/7 care for children in the care of the Minister
  • Youth Education & Transition Services - provides Youth Pathways, ICAN and FLO services (Innovative Community Action Networks & Flexible Learning Options) to children and young people in primary and secondary schools
