Eligibility:
Frail aged people of non-English speaking backgrounds from smaller ethnic communities. Assessment by Aged Care Assessment Team required for Community Aged Care Packages. Services also available to HACC eligible clients

The Multicultural Home Support Program provides culturally appropriate and sensitive services that promote the dignity and contribution of older people and assist them to maintain their independence and participate in community life.
