Services
  • Lunch at the WestCare Centre Mon - Fri 12pm - 1pm
  • Elders Program - supporting mean and women of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island descent, residing in the Southern and Eastern Metropolitan areas of Adelaide. We work with people over 50 years old who are living in the community and are aged and frail.
  • We also work with women over 18 years who are living with a moderate, severe or profound disability and/or experiencing social isolation. The program provides:
  • - Counselling, information and advocacy
  • - Group activities such as craft groups and excursions
  • - Social Support
  • - Transport to attend appointments etc.
  • - Centre-based day care
  • Homelessness Support - Outreach service, providing practical support, referral and case management, support to find and maintain long term stable housing
  • Supported Accommodation Service - This service can only be accessed by clients referred to by Baptist Care SA via the Exceptional Needs Unit (ENU) of Disability SA.
