Hours:
Assessment & Crisis Intervention Services (ACIS): 24 hours, 7 days per week. Mobile Assertive Care Services (MACS): 7 days per week, extended hours. Hours for other services vary
Eligibility:
People aged 18 to 64 experiencing a mental illness or related disorder and who live in the western metropolitan area of Adelaide. Referral required from ACIS or Regional Offices for inpatient and rehabilitation services

Some charges for long term inpatients

  • Mobile Assertive Care Services (MACS) - provide intensive case management for people with a mental illness who present with complex psychological issues
  • Continuing care services - community treatment teams offer a time-limited case management service that supports recovery and rehabilitation
  • Counselling and other therapeutic assistance
  • Acute inpatient services
  • Information and referral
  • Prevocational, recreational, lifestyle and rehabilitation programs
  • Support for consumers and carers
