Eligibility
Socially isolated frail aged residents over 65 years or people with a disability aged 16 - 65 years and their carers
Fees
A small charge will be determined depending on the circumstances and type of assistance
Services
- Short term services can include:
- Transport to medical or therapy appointments within or outside the City of Onkaparinga
- Transport to visit family and friends in hospital or a nursing home
- Shopping assistance to local shopping centre
- Social support
- Services need to be arranged at least two working days in advance
