People 65 years and over living in northern suburbs of the City of Onkaparinga ie: Aberfoyle Park, Happy Valley, Morphett Vale, Reynella, O'Halloran Hill and southern suburbs of Marion Council ie: Hallett Cove, Sheidow Park and Trott Park who are isolated have a physical disability, dementia or living with memory loss
