Services
  • Reconnect - an early intervention program for young people 12-18 that aims to prevent youth homelessness by working with both young people and their families
  • Family Mental Health Support Service - supporting children 0-18 and their families to establish protective practices to prevent mental health issues developing later in life
  • NDIS Local Area Coordination
  • Local Area Coordinators work with people with disability and their families. The LAC can help you to understand and access the NDIS and link you to information and support in your community. LACs have three key roles:
  • Link you to the NDIS
  • Link you to information and support in the community, and
  • Work with your local community to make sure it is more welcoming and inclusive for people with disability.
  • If you are eligible for NDIS funded supports, we can help you to: create your first plan; put your NDIS plan into action; and review your plan.
  • Mission Australia Country - Recovery for Families - prevention and early intervention support to reduce the impact of substance misuse for young people aged 10-25 years with substance misuse concerns or parents/caregivers (whose children have no concerns) or combinations of both
