  • Reconnect - an early intervention program for young people 12-18 that aims to prevent youth homelessness by working with both young people and their families
  • Personal Helpers and Mentors (PHaM) - assists people 16 and over who have severe functional limitation resulting from a mental illness to better manage their daily activities and to access a range of appropriate services and supports
  • Family Mental Health Support Service - supporting children 0-18 and their families to establish protective practices to prevent mental health issues developing later in life
  • Youth Offending Prevention Program (YOPP) - Provides ongoing collaborative support to young people aged 10-15 years who have or are at risk of having a formal caution from police
