Meetings:
Saturdays - each Saturday at 9.30am. Eastwood Community Centre, 95 Glen Osmond Road Frewville - we meet in the garden behind the hall.
Tuesdays - 10am McLeay Park George St Parkside
Saturday - fortnightly 10am at Semaphore Surf Life-saving Club, Military Rd Semaphore Park
Eligibility:
All are welcome to come and join in anytime, no prerequisites, no equipment needed. Family, friends and children are also welcome, there is a playground next to us. We meet outside when ever possible in the fresh air, since this is principally aerobic exercise with fun.
All activities are done at your own level of comfort and ability.. Casual clothing, playful attitude ideal.
