Worship area seats 200, baptistery seats 80, cafe seats 50 and meeting room seats 15. 20 tables available, staffed kitchen (cafe), cutlery/crockery 80+ people, tea/coffee making facilities, heating and cooling, catering available from cafe, piano, PA system, organ, lectern, TV/DVD/Video, overhead projector, screen, data projector, whiteboard and internet access (if required)
SEM is a joint venture of the Anglican, Catholic, Church of Christ, Lutheran and Uniting Church congregations in Seaford.
They support each other and share where conscience and tradition allows, to develop a ministry that arises from and is focused on the daily lives of ordinary people. They hold separate and in some cases joint services under the one roof.

- Ecumenical Services - Christian meditation Sat 9.00 am – 10.00 am.
- Community services include:
- Food Assistance – Every Tuesday during school term. 10.00 am – 12.00 noon by appointment. Call from 9.00 am on the day to book a suitable time.
- Town Square Cafe - Coffee, light meals, and sandwiches. Open Tuesday - Friday 9.30 am- 1.30 pm, groups welcome. Friday special – 2 course roast lunch - $12:00 including tea/coffee. Takeaway roast lunch available. Contact Cathy 8392 4508 by Thursday to ensure you do not miss out.
- Op Shop - Open Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 9.00 am – 4.00 pm, next door to SCC (SEM)
- Tuesday Night Community Dinners - Alternate Tuesdays 5.15pm during school terms - Adults $5:00 donation, children $1:00 donation
- Mainly Music - For pre-schoolers, every Monday during school term 10.00 am.
- Music for Pleasure alternate Thurs 10.30 am.
- Art for all – Every Monday 10.30 am – 12.30 pm.
- Community Garden includes the Wirra, a reconstructed bushland, and Quiet Garden with tribute to reconciliation.
