Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 7am to 8am, Westfield Marion shopping centre. No obligation to walk a set distance - members walk at their own pace, for the time and distance they wish. Social interaction over a beverage (at members' own expense) from 8am at selected coffee venues in the Mall.
