Australian Migrant Resource Centre (AMRC) and SA Refugee Week 2017

In South Australia, over 100 organisations will join together during SA Refugee Week (18-24 June) to present over 40 events that centre around UNHCR World Refugee Day on 20th June. The events will celebrate and promote the positive and valuable contribution of refugees to South Australia’s cultural, social and economic development, and encourage understanding, cultural harmony and community engagement.

The Australian Migrant Resource Centre (AMRC) has launched an SA Refugee Week 2017 Poster and Calendar of Events, which includes forums, community events, social functions and exhibitions coordinated by councils, clubs, schools, churches, community groups and organisations.

The AMRC invites you to participate in over 40 different events and we look forward to celebrating new arrivals of South Australia.
