Come and Join Freeling Senior Citizens Club

Freeling Senior Citizens Club is looking to expand its ranks, we spoke to Secretary Sidney Lee who would like to encourage any over 50s in the area to come along and join their friendly club.
 
If you're looking to make some new connections, take part in social and recreational activities with friends and have a weekly routine to look forward to, this club could be for you!
 
A member of the Associated Senior Clubs of South Australia, Freeling Senior Citizens Club is one of 40 such metropolitan and country based Senior Clubs across SA. The clubs provide a basis for older adults to meet, socialise and build up their relationships while taking part in and discovering new activities.
 
Sustaining such social connections on a regular basis reduces social isolation and loneliness, a growing issue amongst older Australians. Staying socially active and involved enables people to keep their minds and bodys healthy, fulfilling their intellectual, emotional and physical needs.
