Participate in a yoga study for mental health

On the back of a tough year for everyone, this research study can hopefully reach more of the local SA community and support people’s mental health with some practical tools: 

UniSA are offering free yoga, exercise and mindfulness sessions to participants experiencing depression or anxiety to look at how different types of activity can impact mental health and mood.
