St Vincent de Paul’s annual CEO Sleepout aims to raise funds and awareness for homelessness in the community. It will be held at innovation precinct Lot Fourteen which is located on North Terrace of the Adelaide CBD. CEOs, business owners and community leaders will donate and spend the night outdoors to participate and promote the event. Last year, this event raised $5.7 million for those vulnerable to homelessness.  
 
Recently there have been worrying signs in the battle against homelessness with the end of JobKeeper, reduction of JobSeeker to unliveable levels, high unemployment & issues with affordable housing. ‘A perfect storm is brewing’ says Vinnies SA CEO Louise Miller Frost, ‘We do expect calls for help to keep climbing’.
