Financially disadvantaged frail aged people who are homeless or living in insecure accommodation such as private rental properties, caravans, rooming houses, boarding houses, private hostels. Note that the various agencies may have different age eligibility for their services

Support workers assist older people to find and be maintained in secure, affordable housing. Provide liaison with support services, community groups and health services; advocates on tenancy issues, tenancy advice and financial/legal issues. Services may be provided by paid workers or volunteers.
