Adult Community Education (ACE) is a community learning opportunity for people wanting to take part in learning and further training, but who face social and economic barriers to formal participation.
ACE provides learning programs in a supportive community setting, making it especially valuable for hard to reach learners who may have ‘turned off’ learning.
ACE programs are locally developed, locally delivered and locally owned. ACE involves hundreds of organisations and many hundreds of volunteers and trainers throughout South Australia based in community centres, local council organisations, neighbourhood houses, libraries and other community service centres
