Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. Some services operate during allocated session times
Eligibility:
Service available to people aged over 65 (over 50 for Indigenous Australians) who receive a pension and live in Adelaide’s inner northern suburbs around Prospect. Priority given to people who are financially disadvantaged. Clients can self refer; call My Aged Care on 1800 200 422 and ask for a referral to Health Access Allied Health Services at Prospect.
For some services a doctor’s referral is required.

  • Fitness classes - including balance and falls, strength, easy moves, healthy hands, Chi Ball, hydrotherapy
  • Cognition classes to challenge your mind, keeping you sharp and active
