Adelaide Metro InfoLine: 7 days per week 7am - 8pm
Administration: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm

Concession cards are available for young people, unemployed people and seniors, Two children under 15 travel free with adult using Daytrip ticket on Sat, Sun and public holidays
Access:
All trains and new trams are wheelchair accessible. Some buses are wheelchair accessible and certain bus routes are fully accessible at all times, Wheelchair access

Student ID cards are issued by the school or institution except during school holidays when they can be issued by the Adelaide Metro InfoCentre. Some proof of student status must be provided.
