Sustainable behavioural change for a better environment
KESAB environmental solutions (formerly Keep South Australia Beautiful) was established in 1966. KESAB staff work with the South Australian community: government, business and industry, community and schools. KESAB has many programs that we deliver to support and educate local communities to encourage sustainable behavioural change. KESAB focuses on waste and recycling, litter reduction, water conservation and natural environment restoration through education and engagement.
Programs and services we deliver include:
- Wipe Out Waste, a schools waste education and reduction program which includes teacher professional development, workshops and bin materials assessments. The Wally the Wipe Out Waste Wizards performances are a fun and interactive theatre performance for students
- Road Watch, a successful volunteer roadside litter program with over 100 volunteer groups around South Australia
- Sustainable Cities and Communities awards programs that showcases and celebrates the achievements of councils, communities, business and schools
