Users that leave your site and return within 30 minutes are counted as part of the original session.'
Organisations by primary category - slicer view
- refers to services listed as operating in a council area as indexed by their primary category for example: lists all those services indexed under 'community organisation & development'

Acknowledgements
Thank you to volunteers Nirupama Amarakoon who initiated this project and tools starting with Mt Barker Council data in August 2020 and to Stathis Avramis who has seen this project through from its start in mid-2020, solving some IT coding challenges in the exports to producing step-by-step training documentation, teaching our team by early 2021. Stathis now onboards and trains all members of our data team, including Hang Zhang (started February 2021 - 16 May 2022), Sophie Hood (an established volunteer who rejoined this project in March 2021 - Aug 2021) and Renu Bala (our former intern who rejoined as a volunteer in June 2021 - 23 March 2022) who have joined in this project to use the tools, formulas and data to realise a project that has become a new ongoing volunteer program.
We would also like to thank our interns Julia Koh, Jesslyn Danli and volunteers Blake Kennison, Ziqi Xu who have started in July 2022 also with the guidance of Stathis Avramis.
The Data Analytics program not only allows us to indicate community service demand for council decision-making, it provides another tool to undertake the ongoing data cleansing needed to ensure that records are complete and correct within the database, providing councils, libraries, government and the general public with accurate data exports.
