The process of standardising access points and descriptions for a group of services with the same function makes it easier for the user. This is the principle of Information Architecture, increasing usability with a focus on organising, structuring and labelling content to help users find the information they are looking for and how services relate to each other in the directory (and real life).
A Information Management Project often involves finding, listing and standardising records for a groups of services, or a single organisation's services i.e. Vinnie's Op Shops which have numerous branches across SA.
The information for all Justices of the Peace services should look as follows:
https://sacommunity.org/org/200350-Justices_of_the_Peace_-_Gawler is a good example
