General Information - Comment

Comments:
- Include other general information that is necessary to inform users

The Comment field in SAcommunity is catalogued under 5XX Notes - General Information and provides a large textual notes field covering many of the other fields information.

Currently this field is used as a 520 - Description Note (instead of 500 - General Note which it has previously been used for) in the future we aim to have two fields carrying these distinct fields.

Descriptive notes are short summaries of the organisation's information in sentence form a general description that usually contains the aim, the program and services:

Directory versus Advertisement

SAcommunity provides a list of community organizations in alphabetical and subject order, providing contact information such as names, addresses, phone numbers, emails etc.) and other details (affiliations/parent bodies, eligibility, services, etc.) in brief format. SAcommunity is a directory listing website for users to quickly find facts on services they require and not a classified advertising website which serve different purposes, with records/listings edited to reflect services provided.

Trouble-shooting
Why is there huge line spacing in my comments fields?
Solution: Hold down shift and enter on your keyboard instead of enter for the next line to allow each line to sit directly on the next without large spaces.
