Overview: Field Definition and Scope
Eligibility refers to the requirements and exclusions regarding access to services.
Such as information on who is eligible to use the services, attend the event, join the organisation. This also indicates admission procedures, waiting period etc. - MARC

Fees field indicates whether fees are payable for membership and/or services. Such as the fee involved for entrance to a museum, or per session for dancing or per term.

Procedures refers to the admission procedure, outlines what is required for access to the program, event or service. For example walk-in, register online, referral reqquired, invitation only.

Age Ranges: Please note there is often some overlap in years
Babies or Infants 0 - 2 years.
Preschool Children 3 - 4 years.
- Kindergarten 4 years. (Note: Kindergarten/Early Learning starts at 3 or 4 years)
Children 5 - 12 years. 
- Primary School Children 5 - 11 years
(Note: Primary School Children start at 5 or 6 years in reception 0, followed by grade 1 up to grade 6, Children spend 7 years in Primary school)
- Pre-Adolescent or Pre-Teens 9 - 12 years
Adolescents, Young Adults or Teenagers 13 - 19 years
- Secondary/High School Students 12 - 18 years (grade 7 to grade 12)
Adults 18 years and over
Seniors over 65 years* note some concessions are available for people over 55 years 

#Note: Do not use 'years of age' or 'age'  or years old or old as the directory includes these entries in searches for aged care, older Australians etc.
Age ranges for eligibility may overlap:
For example: Children to Young Adults 10 - 18 years; Young Adults to Adults 14 years and over

Levels: i.e. Common in recreation
Beginners
Intermediate
Advanced
Specific levels can include: Competition Level or Social (no competition)
Some sports have specialised levels i.e. Martial Arts with black belt etc.

Siblings of children with an intellectual disability.
People with an acquired brain injury.
Carers of people with a physical disability.
People with vision disability (or vision impairment).
People with a hearing disability (or hearing impairment).
People who are deafblind.
People with a learning disability.
People with Autism.
- People with Aspergers Syndrome.
People with a neurological disability.
- People with epilepsy.
- People with Alzheimer's disease
Families and carers of people living with dementia.

Please note in some cases services are for a special eligibility i.e. particular characteristic and age group. For example: Children 5 to 12 years with a physical disability.

For program/service: Fee per game, nominal fee
For organisation: Annual membership fee
For event: Free, gold coin donation, admission fee

Admission procedures 
Outlines the procedures for access to the service
ACAT (Aged Care Assessment Team) assessment is required before an older person can be referred for a Community Aged Care Package (CACP).
By appointment only.

Documents required
Outlines the type of documents required for access, administration or application to the service. For example:
Low income health care card is required for concessions.
