Café Crozier is hosting their Christmas Dinner on Sunday 18 December, and welcomes people who are lonely, vulnerable, homeless or at risk of homelessness, or simply in need of a good healthy meal to join them for this event.
About Cafe Crozier
Initiated in 2011, the Cafe is attached to the Victor Harbor Church of Christ and is a community meals program run by volunteers who saw a need to support others in their community.
During the year, a two-course meal is available on a Sunday evening, from 6pm to 8pm, each fortnight at the Church of Christ Dining Room, attracting 40 to 50 diners at each event.
Cafe Crozer's meals, service and social support are provided by local community volunteers, and supported by The Church of Christ, Habour Bakery as well as local community groups, including service clubs, churches, schools and local businesses.
This community service does not have access to ongoing funding, relying totally on donations. Diners are asked for $2 per person or $5 per family for 2023 and bookings are essential.
