How: Buy a new children's book, bring it unwrapped to Prospect Library and all donated books wil be distributed to local families in Christmas Hampers

"We're all about sharing the love of reading with the next generation, and this Christmas were keen to provide more books than ever to children in need!

Prospect Library has teamed up with Vinnies SA for the Give the Gift of Reading initiative, and we're encouraging members of the community to buy a children's book to donate to children experiencing disadvantage.

To donate:

• Purchase a new children’s book you'd like to donate
• Bring your unwrapped book to Prospect Library at Payinthi (128 Prospect Road, Prospect) and collect your optional gift tag before Saturday 9 December.

 
The Give the Gift of Reading book donations will then be distributed to local families in Christmas hampers, spreading literacy and Christmas cheer."
