A Centenary of Rotary in South Australia! Worth Celebrating!

Rotary in South Australia is having a celebration lunch to recognise its 100 years of service to the community of South Australia and many other regions of the world.
This lunch will be held exactly 100 years from the date of the Charter of the Rotary Club of Adelaide - the first Rotary Club of South Australia.

Heidi Unferdorben, Chair of the Centenary committee, recently contacted SAcommunity to extend an invitation to the South Australian community, including
· past members, sponsors and family members
· recipients of the Rotary's service activities or donations over the years

Heidi added 'We have notable guest speakers, including the incredible Professor Veena Sahajwalla, an inventor and world pioneer on research into waste who is revolutionising recycling science. Entertainment will be provided by the Radio 5 group of the SA Police and the Rotary Choir. There will be some wonderful memorabilia to add to the enjoyment of the lunch."
