Walkerville All Cars Club - 70th Anniversary - 2 March 2024

70 years is worth celebrating and Walkerville All Cars Club (WACC) is doing just that!
 
Faye Barker from the WACC Social Committee has contacted SAcommunity to help spread the word out about the Walkerville All Cars Club 70th Anniversary Reunion Dinner to be held on March 2nd at the Windsor Hotel. The dinner will include "Speakers from the early years through to current day members will highlight our long history and celebrate the success of the club finishing the formalities with a talk of our exciting future and cake cutting. Followed by a band and dancing" 
 
Faye also gave an insight into the club and its activities as new members are welcome.
 
"The Walkerville All Cars Club Inc. has been a part of the Australian motorsport scene since 1954, spanning a remarkable 70 years. The club's objectives have remained steadfast over time, providing an avenue for automobile owners and motoring enthusiasts to come together and share their common interests in both a sporting and social setting.Our members come from diverse backgrounds and age groups, contributing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to motorsport and social events. Our Australian motorsport car club has a long history of producing Rally Champions, but we're also focused on organising and promoting events at both the championship and club level. As one of the leading rallying promoters in the country, our club hosts a round of the South Australian Rally Championship each year, as well as exciting Khanacross, Autocross, and Rallysprint events at our very own Walky Park. We're always looking for new members who share our passion for all thing's motorsport, whether you're an experienced driver, a budding enthusiast, or just someone who loves the thrill of speed and competition. By joining our club, you'll have the chance to connect with like-minded individuals, learn new skills, and participate in a range of exciting events throughout the year!"
