’s invites you to their “Summer of Love - Woodstock and Beyond”

It’s a chance to be immersed in the music that defined a generation.

Second-Wind Ensemble’s Music Director Josie Hawkes OAM, has woven an original musical journey for your entertainment inspired by ‘the legendary summer of Woodstock in 1969’ with narration by John Roden.

Accompanying this amazing Ensemble will be renowned South Australian singer/actor Mark Oates, you may have seen him with the State Opera South Australia in the dual roles of Ian Duncan and Don Dunstan in the Ruby Award-winning Watershed: The Death of Dr Duncan for the Adelaide Festival (2022) or an Adelaide Festival performance such as Mozart Requiem (2020).

 

Share the love with Second-Wind Ensemble on Sunday 18 May 2025, 3pm to 5pm at the Latvian Hall 4 Clark St, Wayville South Australia. Doors open 2.30pm - it’s cabaret-style seating and remember to BYO drinks and nibbles.
