Exciting news from Ronald McDonald House Charities SA, situated on Melbourne St North Adelaide.
It’s only days to go before Ronald McDonald House Charities SA celebrate their 25th Anniversary with a Gala Ball at the Adelaide Convention Centre! And even if you can’t make it to the Ball you can still support the amazing work they do by buying a raffle ticket or bid on the Silent Auction. All proceeds from the Ball go directly to help provide essential support services to families of ill or injured children.
Ronald McDonald House Charities SA, situated on Melbourne Street North Adelaide has for the last 25 years “been dedicated to creating a “home away from home” for children and families who have to travel from regional South Australia for medical care”
They provide “safe, free accommodation to all regional families visiting the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, provide a comfortable place for families to stay and offer various programs and services to support them during their difficult time such as meal programs, transport services, and counselling for families to help them cope with the stress and emotional toll of having a sick child.
These services are vital for families who are often far away from their support network and are struggling with the financial burden of medical treatment.
