Kiwanis Club of Prospect - Fun, Friendship and Service

Service to children is the primary focus of Kiwanians everywhere.  The Kiwanis Club of Prospect was founded in 2003 as a not for profit community service organization.

Whilst being small in membership, we are big on enthusiasm and energy in our volunteering activities which range over a wide variety of projects. We proudly donate monies and our support to both local and national communities, plus selected overseas campaigns.

Our recent local activities include: Gardening at Michael Rice House (Childhood Cancer Association accommodation), painting the rotunda at Prospect Primary School, Terrific Kids programmes at 3 local schools, Monarto Zoo day trips for local school children and cooking & serving food at the Anzac Day Memorial breakfast.

Our fundraising sausage sizzles enable us to regularly donate to organizations such as Epilepsy SA, Heart Kids, Operation Flinders, Camp Amity, and the Kiwanis UNICEF Eliminate Project.

Children are our future and the focus on each and every one of them to be the best that they can possible be is not only so important, but fulfilling to a Kiwanian.

For more information about Kiwanis or to get involved in fundraising for the benefit of children while enjoying some fun activities along the way, we would welcome you to join us at The Upside, 1/81 Prospect Road on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month at 7am for breakfast meetings.

We would love to hear from you and for more information or just to offer us some of your time, contact the Kiwanis Club of Prospect or please email us on:  prospectkiwanis@gmail.com.
