April Virtual Community Events 2020

Many Community Events in April as in March 2020 have been cancelled as a consequence of COVID-19, however many organisations have moved their events into the online space.

Connecting Up has provided a number of webinars and resources to support NFP's at this time and address their technology and learning needs, whilst other organisations have moved their conferences online. In addition grants have opened to assist community groups with support during COVID-19. Find out more about these online events below.

When: Friday 24 April at 5pm AEST (4.30pm in Adelaide) and every Friday during Covid-19

ALIA is hosting virtual Friday 'after work drinks', to connect with their members and chat about library and information provision during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are mentioning this association due to their creativity as their connect site even includes free downloadable jigsaw puzzles to keep their members engaged.

We're looking forward to what they bring for the upcoming Library and Information Week 25 - 31st May
