Covid shutdowns and the fruit fly outbreak meant the cancellation of Prospect Community Food Swap Meets and their excellent Talks events, but there's good news .....
 

Prospect Community Garden itself is open again on Tuesday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm and all are welcome to become involved.
 

With spring getting ever closer those at the Garden are looking forward to more community events and one very special event - celebrating the 10 year anniversary of the Prospect Community Garden! Keep a look out for updates here in the SAcommunity blog and on the Prospect Community Garden facebook page.

In the meantime Lindy, from the Prospect Community Garden, has sent this short video of their Garden produced by The Community Voices Program, a collaboration between the South Australian Government (Department of Human Services) and Flinders University. 

"Each year, the program partners screen production students and volunteer organisations, who work together to produce an online video advertisement that celebrates, promotes and recruits volunteers. Our video gives you a glimpse of Prospect Community Garden, where we welcome volunteers who have an interest in gardening." explains Lindy.
