The Museum is located on the Sturt Hwy on the river Murray between the Paringa Bridge and Silo Art on over 2.5 hectares The Museum exhibits the Districts diverse Horticultural, River and Agricultural history. Among our displays is a nationally recognised collection of over 70 Stationary Engines, Chowilla Dam, 1956 Flood, Black Stump, Paddle Steamer Industry and an array of Farm Machinery and displays exhibited in 8 buildings and in the open. Guided tours are available and we run a Children’s University Quiz.
