Services
- Community Care Packages are planned and coordinated packages of community care services to help people with complex care needs to remain living in their own home. They are designed for each individual and are based on their particular needs. Types of services include; bathing, dressing, meals, transport, laundry, gardening, social activities, advocacy and support to maintain personal affairs.
