Eligibility:
People 65 years or over and: Live independently, need support to go out of the home, potentially socially isolated, reasonably mobile, independent in their personal hygiene and live in South/East Metropolitan area
Those who identify as an Aboriginal /Torres Strait Islander person who is 50 years or older and living in the South/East Metropolitan area.
Bookings for lunch is essential.
Myagedcare referral required for regular attendance

Care & Share at Trinity is funded by the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and is administered by Trinity Baptist Church.
The aim of the service is to enhance the general health and wellbeing of the participants, be a place to meet and make new friends, and provide engaging and enjoyable social activities.

- Social Activities and outings for seniors and Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander (refer to eligibility)
- Two Course Meals
- Activities include: board games, indoor bowls, bocce, iPad, movies,
- conversation groups, mental stimulation such as memory games and quizzes, relaxation exercises, cards, bingo, craft & guest speakers.
