Eligibility:
Individuals aged over 65 years and their carers residing in the southern metropolitan area. Some programs have more specific target groups living in specific council areas.

The support offered is flexible. Choose from day or overnight respite in a variety of settings, either at home or at one of our cottages or residential sites.
Cottage and overnight respite clients enjoy homemade meals in a home style environment in the southern metropolitan area.
We are highly trained and experienced in meeting the needs of older people, including those who have problems associated with memory loss or confusion.

Services
- Residential Respite – short-term overnight accommodation at one of our residential sites across South Australia.
- In home Respite – we come to the home of the person being cared for.
- Group Respite – our day respite programs include respite clubs, small group respite, respite for working carers, or extended day respite at one of our home-like cottages.
- Respite Cottages – planned, short-term overnight respite in a home-style environment in metropolitan Adelaide and country South Australia.
- Carer Support Groups – we provide information, referrals, support groups, social groups, therapy and allied health services and counselling.
