Services

The Home Assist Program offers entry level CHSP services. This includes:
Domestic Assistance - basic domestic cleaning services, providing assistance with tasks that clients are no longer able to do. This may also include shopping on behalf of a client.
Home Maintenance - assistance with essential minor home maintenance and repair tasks, with the focus being on ensuring homes remain safe and habitable.
Limited gardening services are also available through the Program.
Home Modifications - minor home modifications are available to improve safety, mobility and accessibility in the home. This includes installation of ramps, rails and hand held showers. Please note – an Occupational Therapist assessment is required prior to most modifications.
Individual Social Support - Support to help keep clients connected to their community or support to enable people to continue to do things that are important to them, such as shopping or other accompanied activities.
