Advocacy on behalf of residents
Residents action group to improve the appearance of Kensington
Encourage preservation of buildings and other features of historic interest and the integrity of the Kensington Historic Conservation Zone
Promote community feeling
Seek solutions to Kensington's traffic/parking problems
Promote closer communication between Council and residents
Promote the preservation and improvement of open spaces
Improve the biodiversity in Kensington through: the Borthwick Park Biodiversity Project with the re-establishment oflocally indigenious plant species; and encouraging residents to use locally indigenious species in their gardens.
Promote the integration of arts into Kensington, to bring the community together, to enrich our public spaces and improve life through the Association's Kensington Arts Group.
