Eligibility:
Adults on low income with an intellectual or physical disability in receipt of a Disability Pension and/or in need on low income who meet the criteria for community housing, with an existing connection in the Adelaide Hills Council area. The applicant needs to be assessed as either capable of independent living or have sufficient family support for independent living.
