- Assistance to secure crisis and short term emergency accommodation
- Information and referral regarding domestic and family violence
- Domestic violence counselling
- Risk assessments and safety planning
- Referral and/or practical assistance with medical and health issues, police matters, housing and legal issues, court support, financial matters, education and employment issues and Centrelink services
- Case management and case work
- Groups for women and children
