- Asthma Assist Information Line - free telephone information service open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm, staffed by trained respiratory health educators
- Community information sessions - information on how to live with asthma, and chronic lung conditions
- One-on-one phone consultations - professional asthma educators support individuals, families and carers with effective respiratory health management information
- AFSA Shop - respiratory health products including nebulisers, spacers, emergency kits and cleaning products
- Education and training - for childcare staff, school and preschool staff, sports clubs, health professionals, workplaces
- Community involvement - volunteer's program
