Before contacting the TIO callers should try and resolve the issue with their telecommunications company. If this does not work, then contact the TIO.
ABN:
The TIO helps consumers and companies work together to resolve complaints. If a complaint cannot be resolved by an informal process, formal investigations are held and decisions are made that providers must act upon.

- The TIO can investigate complaints about contracts, billing problems with mobile subscription message services, delays in connecting services, repairing faults, debt collection activities and transfers.
